This policy explains the browser storage (cookies, local storage and session storage) used on woodlandsbiohack.com by Woodlands Biohack Limited. We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing or third-party analytics services.
Necessary storage
Always on, because the basket, sign-in, checkout and security features need it.

Optional analytics
Only used if you choose “Accept all” or switch Analytics on. We then record pages viewed, the referring site and basket activity in our own database, together with approximate location and device type from your connection. Raw records are deleted automatically after 90 days. If you reject or later withdraw consent, these IDs are removed from your browser and no new analytics records are made. Records already collected stay until the 90-day deletion.

With your optional analytics consent, a referral link can remember the last valid ambassador for 30 days. A new valid referral refreshes this period. No referral identifiers are stored without consent. Valid ambassador codes can attribute a purchase without browser storage. Ambassadors see only an order reference and commission figures, never customer contact, delivery or payment details.
Third-party content
Website fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Payment pages run by Teya (card) and Wallid (pay by bank) set their own storage under their own policies.
