Shipping Policy

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail. Orders with a basket total of £100 or more (including VAT) receive free delivery. Orders under £100 carry a flat £3.95 delivery charge, shown in your basket before you pay.

Every order is dispatched within 24–48 hours (working days) of payment being confirmed. Card payments are confirmed instantly; bank transfer orders are dispatched once the transfer has cleared.

After dispatch, Royal Mail usually delivers within 1–2 working days, so most orders arrive 2–4 working days after ordering. Estimates exclude weekends and UK bank holidays and are not guaranteed.

We email you when your order ships, including your tracking number where available. You can also check progress any time on the order tracking page.
