Who can purchase from Woodlands Biohack?
Business and research-organisation customers buying materials for laboratory research only. We do not sell to the public, and products are not supplied for human consumption, self-administration, therapeutic or diagnostic use.
Do you verify business customers?
You confirm business status when you register and check out. We may ask for evidence such as company details, trading address or a business website before accepting or fulfilling an order, and may cancel orders that don't meet our B2B terms.
Where is Woodlands Biohack based?
Woodlands Biohack Limited (company number 17490886) is based in Middlesbrough, North East England.
Can I buy a single vial?
Research vials are sold only in full boxes of 10 and prices are per box. Pens and accessories follow the pack size on their listing. Basket quantities for research vials count boxes.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order value.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £3.95 on orders under £100, and free on orders of £100 or more. The free-delivery threshold is checked after any discount code is applied.
What is the difference between dispatch and delivery?
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 24–48 working hours of payment confirmation. Royal Mail tracked delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch; carrier times are estimates, not guarantees. Next-day arrival is not guaranteed.
What if an item is out of stock or on backorder?
Backordered or extended-catalogue items take longer to dispatch; the expected lead time is shown on the listing and we will confirm it before dispatch. If an item can't be supplied after you order, we contact you; unless you choose another option, the item is refunded to your original payment method.
How do I pay?
Pay by card through our secure card checkout (Apple Pay and Google Pay may be offered on supported devices) or pay by bank straight from your banking app.
Do you charge VAT?
Woodlands Biohack is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to our prices.
Can I get a certificate of analysis (COA)?
Certificates held for a product or batch are available on request — contact us with the product and batch. Not every batch has a certificate available, so please ask before ordering if you need one.
Do you test batches?
Random batch testing is carried out. Some batches may have no certificate available. See our Quality & Testing Policy for what documentation covers and its limits.
My delivery is damaged, wrong or missing items — what do I do?
Email admin@woodlandsbiohack.com promptly with your order number and photos of the parcel and products. Keep the packaging and don't open or use an incorrect item while we investigate. We will arrange a replacement, refund or other agreed resolution.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Contact us straight away to cancel before dispatch. Correctly supplied products can't be returned for a change of mind; any other return needs our authorisation first. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
How do I see my orders or track a parcel?
Sign in to My orders to see order status, invoices and tracking. You can also use Track order with your order number and email. Tracking appears once your order has been dispatched.
I didn't get a confirmation email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. Then sign in to My orders to confirm the order went through, or contact us with your name and email.
Do you offer volume pricing?
The catalogue shows our trade prices. For larger or repeat orders, contact us to discuss your requirements.
