Promotions, Gift Cards, Referrals & Ambassador Terms

1. About these terms

These terms apply to offers run by Woodlands Biohack Limited (trading as Woodlands Biohack). They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions. Where a particular offer, code, competition or ambassador agreement has its own terms, those take priority.

2. Eligibility

Offers are for business customers buying for business or research purposes, unless an offer says otherwise. Each offer may state its own start and end dates, minimum spend, excluded products and limits.

3. Discount codes and first-order offers

• Codes are valid only for their stated period and conditions; an expired or withdrawn temporary code (for example WBWA5 or any successor) does not remain valid;
• one-use or limited-use codes can be used only the stated number of times, and first-order offers apply only to a business’s first order;
• codes cannot be applied after an order is placed;
• offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated; and
• there is no cash alternative unless expressly stated.

4. Gift cards and store credit

Where we issue gift cards or store credit, they can only be redeemed against eligible purchases from Woodlands Biohack. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated. They expire only where an expiry date is clearly stated and lawful. If an order paid with credit is refunded, that part is returned as credit. A promotional prize is not cash.

5. Competitions

Each competition will have its own rules published with it, including the closing date and time, eligibility, how the winner is chosen and notified, and the prize. Where those rules are not published, the competition is not open.

6. Ambassador and referral programme

Approved ambassadors receive a unique referral link and code. The commission rate is always the rate shown in the ambassador’s current agreement, dashboard or campaign terms; the current standard rate is 5% of the eligible product value of qualifying orders.

A referral link can attribute an order for 30 days where the visitor has accepted optional analytics cookies; a valid code entered at checkout attributes the order without browser storage. Only one ambassador is credited per order.

Commission is earned only on paid orders that are completed. It is held for 14 days after completion before it can be approved, and is reduced or cancelled for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks or fraud. Payouts are made manually, and commission reporting appears in the ambassador portal.

7. Ambassador conduct

• no self-referrals or referrals of your own business;
• no spam, misleading advertising or bidding on our brand;
• no medical, dosing, treatment or human-use claims, and no claims about testing or certification that we have not published;
• you are an independent participant and must not present yourself as our employee or agent unless appointed in writing.

We may suspend or remove an ambassador, and withhold unearned commission, for abuse or breach.

8. Errors, abuse and fraud

We may cancel an offer, code, entry, commission or an order that uses one where there is an obvious error, abuse, fraud or breach of these terms.

9. Changes

We may change or close future promotions and the ambassador programme. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not remove commission or benefits already earned under the terms that applied at the time.
