How B2B ordering works
1. Create a business account
Register with your name, business contact details and delivery address. New accounts get a one-use 5% code for the first order.
2. Choose full boxes
Research vials are sold in full boxes of 10; the price shown is per box. Accessories follow their listed pack sizes.
3. Pay securely
Pay by card through our secure card checkout (Apple Pay and Google Pay may be offered on supported devices) or pay by bank straight from your banking app.
4. Tracked UK dispatch
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 24–48 working hours of payment confirmation. Royal Mail tracked delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch; carrier times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery is £3.95, or free on orders of £100 or more (after discounts).
